These terms govern your use of GRE/TOEFLPrep, operated by Somani EduTech. By paying for and using a practice session, you agree to these terms.

1. What GRE/TOEFLPrep offers

GRE/TOEFLPrep is a paid, self-directed practice tool for adult learners preparing for GRE Verbal Reasoning or TOEFL Reading. On payment of the fee shown at checkout (currently ₹15), you receive a single 60-minute practice session for one selected mode, during which fresh practice questions with answers and explanations are generated.

2. Who can use it

GRE/TOEFLPrep is intended for adult learners preparing for these exams themselves. By using the platform you confirm you are using it for your own preparation, or are otherwise authorised to do so.

3. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. The session timer begins only once you select your mode and tap "Start Practicing" — not at the moment of payment. Prices may change over time; the price shown to you at checkout is the price that applies to your purchase.

4. Acceptable use

Please use GRE/TOEFLPrep only for genuine practice by the person it was purchased for. Automated access, scraping, or attempting to bypass the session timer or payment system is not permitted.

5. Content and intellectual property

All questions, explanations, and platform content are generated by and remain the property of Somani EduTech. You may use them for personal practice only, not for redistribution or commercial reuse.

6. No guarantee of outcomes

GRE/TOEFLPrep is a supplementary practice tool. While questions are generated to be accurate, we do not guarantee any specific learning outcome or exam score, and it is not a substitute for ETS's official study materials or formal test preparation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Somani EduTech's liability arising from your use of GRE/TOEFLPrep is limited to the amount you paid for the session in question.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform develops. Continued use of GRE/TOEFLPrep after an update means you accept the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
