GRE/TOEFLPrep sells access to a single, immediately-usable 60-minute practice session for ₹15. Because this is a digital service that begins the moment you start practicing, our refund policy is deliberately simple:
If a technical failure on our end prevents your session from starting at all — for example, payment succeeds but no questions are generated — you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us with your payment reference and we'll resolve it, usually within 2–3 business days.
Once your 60-minute session has started and you're able to see and answer questions, the session is considered delivered, and it is not eligible for a refund even if you stop practicing early or don't use the full hour.
Refunds are not available for: change of mind after payment, selecting the wrong option by mistake, running out of time within your own hour, or issues caused by your own internet connection or device.
